Casemakers
Color threads have been woven with intimate detail, specificity and intent. Each is a shell, a shelter, a curtain, an incubator. An architecture of a different scale.
Casemakers are a family of moths that seek animal-based fibre to spin a case to live in while they feed and ultimately undergo metamorphosis.
The cases, originally a 1/2" in height, are magnified 200x, distilling any association with the architects and environment.
